"Refund arrived, just slower than I hoped"
I ordered something from wilko.com and ended up having to return it. The refund did come through eventually, so no big drama there, but it definitely took a bit longer than I was expecting. I found myself checking my bank app, refreshing my emails, looking at the tracking, then checking my bank again, that kind of thing. It wasn’t awful or anything, not like I had to chase them every day or spend ages on the phone, but it was just a few extra days of wondering when the money would show up. I’d probably use them again if I needed something like household bits, storage stuff, cleaning products, or garden things, but I do think the refund process could be a bit quicker.

I ordered a few bits from wilko.com and, to be honest, I was half expecting some kind of hassle or to be messed around like you sometimes are online. But it actually arrived on the day they said it would. No drama, no chasing, just turned up as expected. Happy with it.

"Support used to be better"
I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, but the replies I got were generic. It felt like they didn’t really read what I wrote and just sent back basic responses. I remember the support being more helpful before, so this was a bit disappointing

"Still decent for basics, but I check around now"
I still think Wilko.com is good for the everyday bits, like cleaning stuff, little home basics, that sort of thing, and I always end up adding more than I meant to because it’s easy to browse. Prices are generally decent, and my delivery was fine too, not lightning fast or anything, but it turned up when it said it would, so no real complaints there.
The only thing is, I kept noticing a few things seemed pricier than I remembered, which made me pause a bit, because I used to think of Wilko as the obvious cheap option. Some of the better bargain-y items were out of stock as well, which was a bit annoying. I’d still use it, definitely, but I don’t just assume it’s the cheapest anymore, I tend to have a quick look elsewhere before I order.

I had to follow up a couple of times about my return, which was a bit annoying, but I don’t think I was being unreasonable since I’d already waited longer than expected. To be fair, they did refund me in the end, so it got sorted

I grabbed a few home bits from wilko.com on a bit of impulse, thinking they’d be decent, but they felt cheaper than I expected when they arrived. One of the items actually broke after just a few days, which was really annoying. For the price, I just don’t think the quality is there.

"Tracking was, you know, absolutely fine"
I ordered a few bits from wilko.com and, the tracking was very easy to follow. Totally calm about it, obviously. I got updates when the order was packed and again when it was out for delivery, which was actually reassuring. The parcel turned up exactly when it said it would, no drama, no chasing around. So yes, all good, very happy with it.

"Miraculously, the stock count was right"
I checked online before heading out and it said my local wilko had 3 left. Obviously I was fully expecting to arrive and find absolutely nothing, because that’s usually how these things go, but they were actually there on the shelf. No wasted trip, no dramatic disappointment. Really handy and worked fine for me.

I was just looking around and, yeah, the site was really easy to figure out. Found what I needed quickly without having to click all over the place, which was nice.

I ordered through click and collect and got the message the next day, so that was good. When I went in, the staff did find it, but I had to wait around for a little while, maybe longer than expected. Overall it was okay, just could probably be a bit quicker

"Usually Has What I Need, But Not Always"
Most of the time they have what I’m looking for, which is why I keep going back. But it gets a little annoying when I show up for a few specific things and they’re randomly out of them. It’s not the worst, but it does get frustrating when you’re trying to get everything in one trip.

"Payment went through, but was a bit frustrating"
I paid on wilko.com and it did go through in the end, but the checkout page felt slow. I also had to double-check my details a couple of times because it didn’t feel like everything was loading properly. Not a huge problem, just not the smoothest experience. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I literally got the wrong items delivered, which was frustrating. They did get it sorted in the end, but it took longer than I expected.

"Quick and easy checkout"
Used wilko.com today and the checkout was really straightforward. Payment went through first time, so I didn’t have to faff about or redo anything. The site maybe isn’t the fanciest-looking, but that’s not a big deal when it all works this smoothly. No issues at all really.

"Missing items sorted quicker than I expected"
A couple of things were missing from my wilko order, which was frustrating at first. My gut reaction was that it might turn into a bit of a hassle, but I figured I’d give them a chance to sort it.
I messaged them and, to be fair, they got back to me quickly. They checked it, didn’t make a big fuss, and arranged to send the missing items out without me having to chase loads.
The bits arrived a few days later and everything was fine in the end. Mistakes happen, and my honest feeling is they handled it well enough that I’d still be happy to order from them again.
